We as a family of 8 adults want to go skiing in austria !!
We are all beginners and I would love to get some information about the following subjects?
Cost of the ski equipment?
Cost of a ski school?
Cost of the ski lifts?

It all depends on where you go really, as the cost of all these things can vary dramatically. If you go to a large, well-known resort like Zell am See, you're probably looking at roughly:
• 7 days ski school and ski equipment: €250 per person (have a look at http://www.sport-alpin.at/skischule_english/prices_zellamsee/index.php)
• 7-day ski pass: about €200 adults / €100 children
If you were to go somewhere less well known it would cost a lot less, for instance, I often go here: http://www.stmartinchalets.at, where the costs are:
• 7 days ski school and ski equipment: €200 per person (http://www.schischule-mauterndorf.at/preise-erwachsenenkurse/?L=1)
• 7-day ski pass: about €180 adults / €90 children (http://www.bergbahnen-lungau.at/englisch/preise.htm)
Not sure about transfers from Munich I'm afraid but you should be able to Google it?
