Is this legal still? Looking to get some over the counter as have some very long journeys coming up. But obvioiusly dont want any trouble with the law

Selling valium, OTC, is illegal in Thailand. That's not to say that you can't find it for sale. It's just illegal.
And, you're right. You don't want any trouble with the law!
So is it illegal to posses though? Not particularly keen on trying Xanax as last time i did that i end up walking through a window and not being able to remember anything.

One of my friends in Pattaya used Xanax every night to sleep. I tried one, slept great but felt like a zombie the morn. Took a shower and finally felt OK after several hours. The next time I used 1/2, got a good night's sleep and was OK in the am. It may be a small pill, but Xanax are potent. Don't blame you for avoiding them.
