I'm travelling solo to new zealand next month. Not by choice but because I could not find anyone who has the time or the money. Solo travelling is geared to younger people. Backpacking is often younger people in my experience. I don't like travelling on a organized tour. I haven't been able to find an independent travel package geared to my needs or budget. I'm 46 years old and single male. So I'm winging it. I plan on renting a car and visiting both islands from November 7 to November 27. Anyone from "my age group"willing to accompany me to share the experience?
