I would like to describe my Easyjet experience.
If you value your childs safety do not travel with Easyjet
I feel bad for what happened to you, and having a 4 year old myself I know how travelling with one can be. However I hardly feel the above statement is very reflective of the truth... it was you that crushed your child's finger in the door, wasn't it? Sure their follow up was sub-par (based on your version of the events that unfolded), but that has nothing to do with the safety on board the flight.
Normally I would delete a post like this as potential slander/libel, but I'll leave this one up for now.
