I'm shopping on line to hire a car. The rates are all over the map. Anyone have any good experience with a rental company providing newer vehicles at a good rate? So far Europcar is the cheapest i have found but still a little expensive for my taste.
Try , which is basically a meta car booking site for the big brand companies; usually gives you a significantly better rate than you can get direct. There's also and (plus a host of others whose names I'm forgetting atm), which are mostly targetted to the backpacker crowd. I have bad experiences with Jucy's service, but can't deny they're cheap.
