hey every1 my name is sivad,my defacto partner an 2 children moved to aussie a year ago now an i was spose to join them this year but keep runnin across hurdle after hurdle of visa aplication requirements,to start with i hav a criminal conviction hence the reason to hav to apply 4 a visa,ive looked into the partner/defacto visas an the hurdle that presented itself here is the fact that my partner isnt an australian citizen an im told nz'ders cant sponser other nz citizens in australia?wow that stinks realy is this tru an is there sum way round this or any other options here i can do???? ive looked into working an sponsored visas but it seem unless u hav a qualification in sumthing ur stuffed here to,i hav however been in a trade apprenticeship for 6- 1/2 years with proof an almost completed my trade but due to the ression an economic downturn was unable to complete this qualification properly but hold current welding units an welding certification in welding positions,do u hav to hav a completed trade an qualifications in any of the working visas or can u aplly as a skilled welder non qualified???? i keep tryin as hard as i can but to no avail i cant get the infomation i realy need in the questions i hav has any 1 else out ther got any other ideas or options or anything to help giv a willing farther the means to join his family in aussie an support the as they r falling apart without me thanks
