Last September, we sent some nice ceramics from Sorrento Italy to Melbourne Australia using Mail Boxes Etc (MBE) ; at a cost of 79 euros.
Those goods have never been delivered, and we have not even be given a consignment number to track the box on the MBE system.
Contact with the Sorrento and Australian offices of MBE has produced no assistance.
We suggest that you use another distribution service if you have a choice.
