Thailand is an easy destination to travell around, the infratsructure is good so you can make your plans there ;-)
For partying in Bangkok you can go to the Bed Supperclub. The ultimate party destination is Koh Phangan where you have the famous full moon parties but also the half moon, black moon and shiva moon parties. -snip-
You just need to check the dates of the parties. Also Koh Samui has a lot of nightlife.
