Helloo!
So in may, I plan on flying to dubai too meet up with family.
From then on I am going to be traveling to europe to explore as much as I can, for aslong as I can.
Any advice or suggestions on ways to make this experience better?
No one can give you any legitimate advice when you give absolutely no clue whatsoever regarding your travel experience, likes/dislikes, budget, travel style, etc.

I agree with CheersT, but I can recommend Prague as it has everything. It is stacked in history, culture and an amazing night life.

and thank you ashley i will definitely remember that
but i will say ill try anything once and really enjoy the outdoors! hiking, camping, and want to take in as much knowledge in the culinary field as possible
No worries.
If hiking is your thing, why not try the beautiful trails in Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre in Italy!? There are loads of hikes in this area along the Italian Riviera.
Google it, you won't be disappointed.
