print my blog - problem with pdf!

Hey there,

Hmm, that's curious. It works fine for me. I suspect there's something in one of your blog entries which is causing an error in the PDF generation process, and the file you get is basically an error page.
This is something Sam or Peter will have to debug, and might take a few days to fix...

hey, seems like it just doesn't work if I want every article starting right under the one before and not on a new page. just tried the preset version and it seems to be working as the computer is downloading a real pdf file... i'd still like to have it the other way so maybe it's easier for you now to fix the problem?

With that setting toggled it still works for me as well, but that should still be very useful debugging information for Sam and Peter. Thanks for noting it! Any other settings you've changed from the default when it doesn't work?

No idea why they haven't replied to this thread yet; I guess they must both be busy with other things...

hmm....strange that it only works in one version for me....anyway, i'll try again in a while, maybe they've fixed it by then. apart from that i didn't change anything from the default... there's no possibilty to get that layout in the pdf file aswell is there?

Hi Myri Am, thanks for posting about this issue. It seems we have a few errors on the blog printing that are down to the process taking longer than 30 seconds. So it just timed out at that point.

But strange, because the timeout on that page is meant to be 10 minutes (!) to allow plenty of time for generating the PDF. I'll have to log this as a bug to look into next week.
