I worked on one of the islands a few years back. I just emailed my CV to them, also could be a good idea to give them a call after you have. (I found the contact details online)
A couple of the people I worked with got the job through a recruitment agency
If you are in Airlie Beach at the time it would be a bonus as from my experiences with island jobs (i've had 2) when they have a job vacancy they want it filled within a day or two.
The jobs are often housekeeping, waitressing, bar and kitchen
