I don't think anyone here, or on any internet forum, would be able to give accurate legal immigration advice. Your obvious first place to call would be

Already done that. Have spoken to about four different people and all have given me different advice. Was just thinking maybe a Kiwi here had been in a similar situation.

Get the email address's of all 4 of them, and copy them all on an email. Then get them all on the same page to agree to one thing or the other. Then you can print out and take with you.

Even if you found someone on here with a similar experience, it's still going to be hearsay and not worth anything when you try to exit. Just saying "well this guy on the internet said" isn't going to do anything for you legally.

Hi Grace, I am currently travelling through Europe (NZ citizen) and am about to encounter exactly the same issue that you raised in your post - Can you tell me whether you had any issues when leaving and returning to Spain? Any advice that you can offer would be great.

Thanks,

Chris

Hello there

Just wonder if anyone could advise whether there has been any issue with the border control officers as I´ll be in a similar situation myself very soon.

Thanks for your help!
