What offense were you 'cautioned' for at the time? Different offenses bring different decisions by immigration. Plus, there is no definitive answer as it is at the whim of Immigration. (Sorry, but that's the truth.) If it was a minor thing, most will tell you to check 'no' to any arrests since it was only a caution.
In most countries, juvenile records are sealed. It should not appear. I am guessing Au Pair in America does a background check. If you pass their requirements, you should be OK. Good luck.
