We just finished off work on a new video uploading system that now handles uploads direct to Youtube or Vimeo. The previous uploader has not been working for quite a while now, so this is a much needed improvement on that. Not only does it actually work (yay), but it taps into two of the best video hosting platforms out there.

Just to be clear, syncing is one way only, correct? Ie. the videos already uploaded to Travellerspoint don't actually get synced over to Youtube/Vimeo if you link up the accounts?

Is my blog now supposed to automatically show my youtube videos?
I have synced both and even though I have videos on youtube already they do not appear at all in Travellerspoint, am I missing something?
They won't automatically show on your blog unless you insert them into an entry there. But something doesn't seem to have worked if you've set up the syncing already, as otherwise your youtube videos would show . Does it say Youtube syncing is ON when you visit that page? Where is your video gallery on youtube?
None of the Youtube videos show up on that page, it says I have no videos?
I can always just upload new videos through here and they should sync to You Tube but it would have been good to also have the 3 I have already done.

Hmm, those videos aren't private in any case, but could it be they are setup as 'you have to have the link to view them'? I'll also have the developer double check this, as when I tested with my own videos, it did work. Have you tried switching off the sync, then turning it back on?
Yep tried turning it off and on a few times but still nothing. It's not really a problem I'll just use the new downloader and hopefully future videos will sync with You tube.
