Traveling Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville, how long & best way?

If you would have read , it covers my run down to S'ville from PP. 4 hours, about $4.

As stated the bus takes around 4 hours. I opted for Mekong Bus Coy. It was around a 'whopping' $12US but I value my safety and comfort.
