Sorry to hear the hotel is giving you this runaround. Their contract clearly states they need to do the cancellation. Have you sent us an email using the contact form? I'd imagine Kellie will be in touch regarding this in the next 12 hours or so in that case. If not, can you send me the details in a PM and I can pass it on for handling? We'll basically get in touch with the property and gently remind them of their responsibilities...

Finally the hotel manager took responsability and he himself canceled de reservation.
It was his responsability in the first place but... Anyway, problem solved
