there are many of them, most of them work very unprofessional. I think cordillera traveller is much better than others, I use to recommend them and never had any complaint about them. They are located in toconao street 1 1/2 block from Plaza.

I did the tour the opposite way round, starting in Uyuni and found a fantastic operator called "Oasis Odyssey Tours" on Avenida Arce, on the plaza in Uyuni.
Probably not a lot of use to you but you may be able to contact them for recommendations. I remember them picking up some guys at the Chile border for the return tour so they obviously have some contacts over in Chile.
