What are the BELOW 50 RMB a night hostels in Shanghai and other Chinese cities that are great value.
from my experience, most hostels in the big cities - Shanghai, Beijing and Xian start at around 60RMB. You may get some a bit cheaper in low season, but they are more likely the ones out of the main areas and with less facilities
