Marilynellee has indicated that this thread is about Philippines
It is doable but you'll be spending to much time in travelling.
I suggest you to skip one of your place. Manila is just a base.
Well, you'll probably fly in and out of the Philippines through Manila, or optionally to Cebu (depending on our next itinerary)... so I think you can spend a few days in Manila (2-4 days) and may try to go south of Manila too to Tagaytay which is about 1.5 hrs driving time for relaxing spas and the view of the Taal Lake...
Then, you can go first to Banaue which is 10hours bus ride north of Manila... you can spend 3-4 days to see the Banaue Rice Terraces and even have a side trip to Sagada for its caves and hanging coffins.. in Banaue, the Batad section of the terraces would be the most preserved and bigger...
Then from Manila again, you can fly to Puerto Princesa again where you can spend 3-4 days for island hopping and checking out the Underground River, which is recently announced as one of the New7Wonders of Nature... you can also opt to take a six hour ride north of Puerto Princesa to El Nido known for its beautiful waters and karst mountains.. this is such a beautiful place too..
Then from Puerto Princesa, you can fly to Cebu to check out the city's historical places too.. Cebu is the oldest city in the country.. you can have a side trip to Bohol which is 1.5 hour ferry ride away to see the Chocolate Hills and the tarsier and their crystal clear waters too...
From Cebu, you can fly to Boracay through Kalibo to enjoy the powdery sands of Boracay for 2-3days.. I'd say it would be the perfect conclusion of your trip where you can relax on the its beach
oh i just realized you just have 8 days to burn... so I guess you can just trim off some of the destinations you've listed to enjoy them the most...
There are dozens if not hundreds of must see spots.
With 8 days... suggest a manila and tagaytay tour within a day, 4days banaue -sagada-clark loop... a night at angeles and clark is where you fly to calibo (boracay) instead of manila airport.
Visit philippines again for other great places which pau pl mentioned.
The suggestions of others must have covered everything that you may basically need to decide on. NAIA in Manila is the hub for Luzon, possibly Clark International Airport for the northern part; Cebu Int'l Airport for Visayas and Puerto Princesa for the whole of Palawan. Mindanao is dotted with hubs depending which places you want to visit. The possibilities and combinations are too numerous that it's really mind-boggling. But you cannot be a bonafide traveller to the Philippines if you haven't seen (at least) the following:
1. Intramuros Walled City (and while you're here, enjoy the world-famous Manila Sunset by the bay!)
2. Banaue Rice Terraces (also visit Sagada in next province)
3. Puerto Princesa Underground River (and a trek to nearby islands)
4. Boracay Island
It's more fun in the Philippines!
