The only way you could do that would be if you brought seperate one way tickets. You could also buy a rtw ticket say London - Madrid - Rio De Janeiro - Los Angeles - Sydney - Hong Kong - London but then just not turn up for the Hong Kong to London flight. You need to fly in to and out of the same country of a round the world ticket in order for it to be valid.
