i was trying to book night bus from barcelona to madrid and i found that there are few of them
can you please tell me whcih origin and destination?

You will find many many coaches going from one city to the other in both directions, from the main bus stations. They run through the day and night. All the ticket office staff will speak enough English for you to get a ticket without too much difficulty.
I would suggest however, paying a few more €'s and taking the train instead.

i tried to buy train's tic... but the stupid website not really good function in english, i couldnt understand the content and i remm i got the information that train fares cost 50euro something while bus only 28euro+...
actually do i need to buy in advance online or i can straight away go to bus terminal and buy it few days before my departure?

No need to buy bus or train tickets in advance.
Yes - there might be a little saving, won't be much though. Plus if you miss your departure, you might have to buy again if you've bought the very cheapest ticket.

for train, that is the prob i meant, i search and result page shown in non english
i changed but it doesnt work at all.. so i dun kow what i can do next..
alright, i guess probably i get the tic when i arrived in barcelona
but may i know how much roughly the train tic?
coz from i know it is about 50euro.. i am not quite sure in fact

You need RENFE. Its in Esp./Eng.
