hi ive put my self in a pretty crap position. i have overstayed my uk visa by two years but left without any problems. no one checked my visa going out and no stamp when i came back into australia. i might be niave but how do they keep track of you, is it all on computers? so anyone can see that ive overstayed my uk visa? my boyfriend is british and getting a visa for australia, but i want to go visit him before that, do you think its wise to try now or wait a few years till i try to enter again? or should i be honest and call the british high commison?
any help would be gratfeul. thanks
