I think you go by train from Antwerpen to Amsterdam. It will take between 1,5 and 3 hrs.
Trains leave up till 23 hrs so you must be able to catch one.

If you arrive by plain you will depart your trip at Zavetem and you will arrive in Amsterdam.
When you arrive in Amsterdam you have to take a tram to "Vondelpark" OR "van Gogh museum" I am not sure how long the trams are running but i bet they will run atleast till 00:00

It clocks in with a 70% rating based on 237 reviews on Travellerspoint, which is pretty good. Biggest complaint I could see at a quick glance is lack of lockers in the rooms.
There many regular trains from Antwerpen (Centraal Station - 'Not' Berchem Station) to Amsterdam. Also stand back and admire the architecture of Antwerpen Centraal, both inside (platforms on 3 floors) and the amazing exterior stonework. You can get the most direct and quickest service from Thalys (it's the Amsterdam to Paris Nord Service, that goes via Antwerpen and Brussels). The journey time is around 1 hour. The train is similar in design to the Eurostar. It is a little expensive, but nice.
Failing that, there are plenty of direct and indirect (with a change en-route) Dutch and Belgian services running about every 15-20 minutes or so. See if you can get a train that requires you to change in either Den Haag or Rotterdam (the World's very largest sea port). Both cities are well worth a few hours walking round.
When you arrive at Amsterdam Centraal, take the west entrance out, look to your right at the 1000's of pushbikes parked up - goodness knows how people find 'em to collect, then take a few shots of possibly the greatest exterior of any railway station on the planet.
Hope you've got time to sample Antwerpen for a few hours. It's got more different beers on sale (so I'm been told - and I've no reason to disbelieve the fine locals) than any other city, anywhere.
