Hey guys,
I have been to Corfu and to Malta and they are both very different. I would have to go for Malta though for photograph opportunities as there is a lot more choice. Corfu is a bit overdeveloped and you probably won''t find great photo opps for small greek villages anymore. Malta is not so touristy and you will get a sense of authenticity.
Hi Martyn, a travel photo trip sounds really interesting. I think you could still find some amazing sights in Greece, there are so many ruins and pretty little villages. You might need to travel a way out from the main cities/ resorts to find it but I'm sure you will. Maybe you could try Kefalonia instead of Corfu or Zakynthos for unspolit villages?

Thanks for the information guys, I have been reading up on Malta (mainly because it's a little cheaper ) and it seems interesting even in some of the cities.
As you say Claire wont mind the travelling, i'm on a 3.5 hour flight to get there so a 20 minute walk or drive aint an issue
Thanks for the information so far!
Could anyone recommend any specific areas?
So I decided with Malta, looks a really nice place, lots of pictures of seen have convinced me that I will get the photos I am looking for!
Malta is supposed to be lovely. Where abouts exactly are you going? I still need some inspiration for my September holiday...

Staying in Sliema, seems a perfect base, not far from Valleta and it seems pretty central.
Do a few shots in Corfu, then get the ferry across to Saranda (Southern Albania). It takes about 30 minutes and the photo oportunities there are endless.
