If I were you I would cnsider flying with Easyjet rather than Ryanair as nearly all of Ryan air's airports are actually really out of town and the transfers will be really expensive, whereas with Easyjet they take you to the main airports in the cities.
You have made some really good choices destinationwise, but no Amsterdam?
I second Sophia's advice. Easyjet is better than Ryanair.
Instead of going Prague, Czech Rep. -- Frankfurt, Germany -- London, England with Ryanair I strongly suggest you go Prague-Berlin-London, travelling by train from Prague to Berlin with the ticket bought online from either the czech or the german rail website and then flying from Berlin to London with easyjet or another budget airline.
You could also take the (night) train from Berlin to Amsterdam or fly from Berlin to Amsterdam and then go from Amsterdam to London.
Reason for the switch: Berlin is far more interesting than Frankfurt am Main.
I have been to Frankfurt am Main a few times, the city is absolutely boring. You can cover the main sights there in about 6 hours. The only reason to go there is because you are on business or because you are flying in or out of Frankfurt International (FRA).
Note that the ryanair airport Frankfurt-Hahn (HHN) is approx. 2 hours to the north and west of Frankfurt the city, transferring time from HHN to FRA is approx 5-7 hours. If you are set on flying there with Ryanair (from Spain) I would recommend that instead of going to Frankfurt into the city you explore the Rhein and Mosel valley around Hahn. Koblenz, St. Goar, Cochem, etc. You could take the bus and the train or rent a car to do this.

How about a mix of train, plane and bus? FYI, there is no such thing as Eurorail. Eurail is the name of a travel pass, a special offer for tourists from outside of Europe for train travel in Europe. Some tourists are better off without such a pass because they take only a handful of select train rides. There are also a number of special offers available that make a eurail pass unnecessary. So you can just buy regular train tickets and or these special offers that are available to everybody, locals and tourists alike.
we want to keep this trip as cheap as possible and I have had in mind to stay in Europe for 6 weeks
In six weeks you can reasonably cover between 6 and 8 bigger cities. Plan on having around 5-7 days for places like Rome, Berlin, Paris and London. Same for Ibiza.

I'll second Sophia's post re Ryanair. For example, for Frankfurt they fly to Frankfurt Hahn which is actually closer to Luxembourg than it is to Frankfurt!
As for other cities to visit, how about Venice and Berlin?

Hi, this sounds like a great trip you're planning. I agree with both Sophia and t-maia, You can't go to Germany and not visit Berlin and flying from there to London (London Luton Airport) with Easyjet might be the easier option for you.
Also, I'd recommend taking a trip to Amsterdam as well and maybe if you're on a very tight budget it might be better to travel to countries in Eastern Europe (Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania) as your Euro will go a bit further in that part of the world.

Check out 'All' EU/non-EU budget airlines. There are always good deals to be had somewhere.
For instance, Ryanair might take you 40 miles away from where you think you're landing (but sure you'll plan well anyway), but their fare might be a lot cheaper. It's well worth looking at various airports arrival and departure boards on-line, then you can see who uses them. After that, look at the airlines websites and compare the fares.
There are so many budget airlines across Europe that do mad cheap flights - but make sure you find the time to check as many as you can, before parting with your money.
For one example - as mentioned about Ryanair already, their Destination 'Vienna' is in fact not Vienna at all and not even in Austria. It lands in Bratislava. However, if you're planning to visit Prague, then Bratislava (or Vienna with Ryanair - both the same) will get you there quicker than landing in Vienna. It might very well be cheaper too.
I would check very carefully the cost of a Eurail/Inter-rail pass, compared to buying internal tickets. You will find that in many cases - individual tickets within one country will work out quite a bit cheaper than a pass.
Pretty much all the above cities sound good - although I don't go overboard when talking about Frankfurt. It's OK, but like others mention - try and squeeze in Amsterdam and maybe Antwerpen or Brugge if you can.
Apart from that, the rest looks pretty perfect to me.
Thank you guys a lot, I have been looking into it a bit more and I am definitely skipping Frankfurt. It really sounds like a boring city compared to Berlin. I am also taking a bus from Prague to Berlin, and then probably skipping Amsterdam (I visited Amsterdam 4 years ago), and go directly to London.

You mentioned Barca and Valencia in your original post and along with Madrid you can't go wrong with them, as they're vibrant, lively cities with amazing architecture both old and new. Other cities possibly worth seeing are Bilbao (just for the stunning Guggenheim museum alone!) and Seville, both great places with great food and nightlife.
When in the trip were you planning on going to Spain, would you go after London?

I live in area that has 8 airports within 2 hrs.
7 have Ryanair flights, 2 have Easyjet, 3 have Air France (domestic only), 1 has BA.
For many places, Ryanair provides the best routing :
Check out flights to Beziers, Nimes, Girona, Marseille - all popular destinations and all served by Ryanair.
The use of smaller airfields also benefits travellers in many cases e.g.
Gothenburg City airport (used by Ryanair) is 12 km from the city whereas Landvetter is 20km.
Girona (one of Ryanairs "Barcelona" airports) is by far the best airport for Costa Brava.
There are many other examples.
Do not discount Ryanair !
