1. Hire a car?
2. Hire a car with Driver

Self-promotion apart, the suggestion of hiring a car makes sense. As you're several people, the cost per person will be low and the timing will be exactly what you want it to be. Do bear in mind though, that parkin will not be easy in Pamplona so you will need to allow time to find a parking space and then walk to where you want to be.
