I'm not an expert, but from my reading of the , you should be absolutely fine. The only thing they look at is "convictions", and even with a conviction you'd probably be let in as long as the total sentence was less than 12 months.
On a personal note, it might pay to look at the emerging 'habit' of getting arrested on these kind of offenses. Many years ago, a few friends of mine each got 4 years for affray. Judges just don't like it. Anyway - just my thoughts. Happy travels.
You should be fine - they will not even look into cautions for a Visa (I don't think), but have a look at the Visa application form.
