I am going Sydney For a vacation next week...I dont have anything with me to travel with...We are 5 friends so need to know from where I can Hire a Car to Travel and have fun with Friends...I guess bus and trains will b boring so we need to hire a car in Sydney. Please Suggest some tips or links if you have.

I can recommend , which is a meta-search for the big rental companies, and gives you comparable discounts over the "Regular" fees (asmuch as those exist) as what you'd get with for example a YHA card. Much though I'd prefer recommending more local small companies, there's usually at least one of the big ones which has really good fees for whichever period you want to go for.
(Note (for other people reading this, as I see you're Australian): I recommend leaving the "I Live In" selectbox as is; a couple of those companies tend to quote different rates for overseas visitors, but this is immaterial when you pick up the car.)
