I have a USA passport/citizenship and a Spanish student (type D) visa valid from January 2010- June 2010 (149 days). I want to travel around Europe (and Northern Africa) for a month longer. I plan on traveling to Morocco, Ireland, Norway, Germany, Italy, Portugal, France, and back to Spain. Is this okay since it is less than 90 days-- would I be considered a tourist? When I applied for my visa, my return flight was for the end of June, but they made my visa expiration date in the beginning of June because that was the date on my program paperwork.
