This forum might not be the best one for this post.....as really you are looking for a companion to get to London......this forum is actually about London based queries etc!
Try posting in the travel companion section instead.
I'm sure you can also arrange with Heathrow to have a member of staff meet your Aunt off the plane and help her through customs/baggage if she has mobility issues etc
