Mature female looking to work/travel abroad

Hi everyone,
I am a mature lady with kids flown the nest, so free soon the do something interesting. I have been a Fitness Instructor , (so still keep fit fanatic) Swedish Masseur and Nanny. Last April on a ski trip In the French Alps, I did some Nanny/child minding work which near paid for my trip!!
I hoping next year to travel away and work abroad, or maybe do some short time volunteer work abroad somewhere like Kenya, India or China...
Anyone else similar please ??
