I don't know if we have (m)any people around here who know Goa very well. Its been 3 years since I was there. Arambol in the north was my base for 6 weeks. I loved it there. It was the best mix of great vibe, but no too crazy. You can scooter all over Goa in a day, so its easy to check out other places. Im not sure Id base myself in one place for 3 months. Palolem in the south is also nice, and Gokarna is taking off as the new unfound backpacker place.
Just about all the tourist spots in Goa have yoga but there were a couple of particularly good ones in Arambol. You'll have no problem finding a guest house that will let you stay as long as you want! Again, when I was there they were just finishing some simple condos in Arambol that were long stay with everything you want. Although for internet you usually buy a dongle to get wifi.
the restaurants that set up on the beach at night have the best sea food too. If you look through my India pictures you'll find some of Goa

There are multiple options available at Goa, and whenever I go to Goa I stay at beach houses...
There are RCI resorts available and if you're an RCI member or any of your friends/colleagues than you may book it at a very low cost with the amenities of kitchen and fridge.
I have stayed at Baga Beach & Calangute beachwhich is one of the happening place...Nightlife, Disc and other place...
I am not sure if you want to take the flat on rent, since people who would give out their flats on rent would prefer the Tenants for a longer duration (eg 11 month rental Contract) and would expect a security deposit if a furnished flat is provided...
Try finding out the property on magicbricks, 99acres for rental purpose for 3 months... or check expedia or makemytrip for hotels/resort for the facilities you're asking.

You can book place for two at lagrace resort near benaulim area and it comes with all the specifications that you have asked for.
Also, don't forget to book it soon
