If you are looking for a beach vacation, I would recommend Koh Samui in June, as it is the start of rainy season in Phuket and Krabi. Pattaya is good for a quick beach fix from Bangkok, but if you are coming to honeymoon in Thailand I think you would be very disappointed. It's full of vices and not very pretty. Since 5 days is not very long, I would recommend flying to Koh Samui and maybe spending 1 night in Bangkok.
