Hey i was thinking of going later this year to work for awhile.. i've read a few times that if you look on gumtree.com.au they have all kinds of jobs Not sure about the fruit picking farms at tho sorry! Maybe try google it through a company just to get info?

The has a PDF for download (the National Harvest Guide), which lists per region of the country what type of fruit picking is available at what time of the year. Pretty detailed. Should give you a good idea of when to go where for work, or just what's available around where you plan to be.
