Which is the best south east asia country when it comes to partying? I need to list out the names of the club so I can know who to contact. Am planning to start a company that organize party trips for people who signed up.

You do realize some countries in Asia have religious differences with consumption of alcohol and that some countries are more expensive for hotels and drinking while others are a little cheaper - right?
You want "party people" to pay you to arrange a club affair for them in a country good for partying. Hmmmm - well you better have a convincing argument why they should pay you for this service.
For instance, Thailand now has 24 - 25 million tourists visit each year, most of those tourists who are interested in partying usually find clubs on their own. Even if they just do a Google search! What would you do that someone can not do for themselves?
(Japanese and Koreans visit Thailand for cheaper holidays.) Singapore is now the most expensive city in the world. (From Google search.) Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan are more expensive to visit than Thailand, Laos and Cambodia. For Malaysia and Indonesia they do have some religious hang ups. The border city of Hat Yai on the Thailand - Malaysia border does a banner business with Malaysians seeking out "nightlife" in a more liberal environment.
I think Thailand is best for partying. Also with a very good tourist infrastructure. But if your target demographic is tailored for wealthy clients incidental costs like hotels, food and transportation might not matter.
Visit these countries in person first so you know first hand what to expect.
