Hello,
I'd say explore two different Cities! It would be great to explore, and not just stay in one place.
Bruges is fantastic, I really recommend visiting the place. The area of old town is not large, so if you have only two days in Belgium I'd suggest one day in Bruges and one exploring other city - Ghent or Antwerp, which is also picturesque.
Think about finding a place to stay in advance, especially Bruges is highly popular tourist destination so it may be overbooked in June.
I would probably do 2 cities, but from one location. Belgium is small, you can do Bruges or Antwerp or Ghent from one of the cities easily in a day by train or bus relatively easily. This will save you the time and hassle of lugging everything with you and checking in / out, although you will have to return to one city, as opposed to seeing 2 at night.
Hi friends I will recommends to visit Bruges in Belgium because of its historic center of Bruges is on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites and is teeming with places of interest although bruges is a small city and filled with brim with architectural and artistic treasures, folklore, chocolate shops, lace boutiques and fine restaurants.
