Depends what you intend to use your spending money for but I'd say around $50-$100 per week, $50 per week on snacks and $30 - $70 per week on petrol (which of course depends on how much you intend to drive, $30 per week for a bit of driving and $70 per week if you intend to drive quite a lot). I was also quite generous, I think, with the spending money and snacks, just because I don't know what you like to spend you money on.
So that would be $130 - $220 per week or $1300 - $2200 over the length of your stay (2.5 months).
