In all those cities, I know very good Paris and I can recommend you to party in these district (bastille, champs elysées, opera, st germain des prés...) You could visit the Notre Dame Cathedral, Opera Bastille, Musée Grévin, the flea market in Clignancourt.
About the accomodation, I can suggest you to stay in -snip- in Paris. It's small and cosy hotels hidden in Paris very beautiful and not very expensive.
But outdoor, Paris is expensive and bar and pubs are too.
Forget about Frankfurt am Main, it is one of the most boring citys in Europe. You can see the main sights there in about 6 hours. There are some decent bars, but they are all very expensive.
Consider going to Cologne or Heidelberg instead.
One more thing: Prague is quite a detour from Paris and Amsterdam. It is also not that easy to get to from Frankfurt.
Unless you need to go to Prague I would suggest switching it with another city that is closer or easier to get to.

I've actually decided not to go to Prague...
Going to spend the rest of the time in amsterdam and Paris, and go to Versailles.
