Accommodations

Hello everyone!

The cheapest of the three for accommodation is Amsterdam - by a mile.
The Red Light (dont be put off by the title) has dozens of excellent hostels. If you're prepared to share a dorm with others, then Paris and Rome wont come anywhere near as cheap generally. Sure, you'll find a bed as cheap in the other two, but they wont be so easy to come by and there'll be a lot less of them available.
All three cities are amazing in a thousand different ways. Out of the three, I've been to all of them many times - my favourite is Amsterdam again. I do like Rome very much and Paris around Montmartre is just magical. But for me, Amsterdam is the winner. Not just for the cheap accommodation, but for what's going on. Its old and new split right down the middle and I feel - without showing bias towards Paris or Rome, it is the friendliest of the three as well.
I'm sure many will disagree and have their own opinions of the three destinations, because that is what travel is all about - but Amsterdam gets the gold medal for me.
As for finding cheap rooms, dorms etc., just go on to Google, Yahoo! etc. and type in 'Amsterdam cheap hostels or cheap rooms'. There are so many sites that will be to your liking.

If You would travel to Vilnius, i could suggest a prestigious 4 room apartment in the heart of Vilnius Oldtown - Vokieciu (german) street. Possible to sleep for 5 persons

Either try booking.com or search hotels from Local Google maps

U will be able to get cheap accommodation in Local maps

Amsterdam is nice, but compared to Paris or Rome it is a small town. So I would suggest any of the later two - personally I like Paris more.
