hello friends.
i am an indian ,and now i am in belgium ,i have a tourist visa (the duration of stay allowed to me is 60 days )
i am waiting for some paper from the belgium munciplaity ,but its wont come to me before the the period of stay i m allowed .
can anyone tell me how i can get an extension of 15 days more ,if so then how and where .actually my visa is schengen and got it to netherlands,but now in the belgium with my partner.
it will be great if some one can give me some idea to work this out.

Extensions are not possible. Your only chance are local Belgian laws that might allow you to stay for some reason or the other. But I doubt this helps you in anyway.
I'm afraid any changes to an existing visa can only be made in your home country, unless you wait 91 days and then acquire another tourist visa.
