Hi everyone ive been saving up for a while now & am itchin to travel the world
I currently live in Kent & was wondering if any1 had any advice on just leaving for france & wingin my way round the world through europe, asia, australia & america (as much as i can overland )
Hi! Im planning a RTw world trip as well this year. From researching my trip i've found that It is simple to travel overland as much as possible through Europe but I have heard that it can get difficult around Iraq ect also there are safety issues in some places a good way of going East is to take the trans siberian railway! Which looks great fun. Also it is difficult when you get to malaysia to get to Australia. Hope this helps, im still a novice but learning more all the time .
Hi,
Firstly Europe is easy, you can get to Russia without leaving the EU so no probs there. Then it just depends on the route you want to take but you could certainly reach Malaysia/Singapore without ever leaving land. Another possibly more interesting route would be through Turkey-Iran-Turkmenistan-Kazaksthan-China/Mongolia but you will need more visas in advance.
The trans-siberian would certainly be a great adventure but remind yourself it is still 7 days sitting on a train with very few places to stop along the way. So personally i'd go the latter route which is also totally possible and takes in a wider variety of cultures.
if you need to research visa requirements. Check this link out, has every country in Europe and Asia.
