Overstayed 25 days (totally 115) in a period of 180 days

Hello all,

2. Making an educated guess: It will be stored in the future, after you got your letter in German. And then it will pop up.

3. Zurich.

I highly recommend staying away from the Schengen area for at least 90 days, 180 days would be better.

Hello...

Ive been reading your thread...and How can they ask you to pay a fine... ??

Can u telle us wat happenned afterwards... ??

Letter in German??? wat if u dont understand German???

Please let know wat happenned..!!!

They send a letter to the address you specify. Then you have to pay it via a bank transfer.

Actually, nothing happened. I flew through Amsterdam in the end and on the border they barely checked my passport and just let me in as usual.

If you don't understand German, then you should find someone who does..

Thank you for your reply...well im in teh same scenario as u were.. Ive been caught overstaying and received a letter to pay fine 650 from the swiss authirity.

I can see that I have 1 month to effect payment...and I will pay it.

My question is I want to fly back to europe NOT through swiss anymore... and my new period 90/180-days has just started... Do u think i can go in though I will pay before the ending the 1 Month limit...??

Thanx mate.
