I don't know if you already found an organization. Proyecto Peru has a lot of projects in Cusco Peru, especially with children (schools, child care, orphanages, day care, after school projects). If you want more info please write me an e-mail.

Checked out the project Donny...looks like an amazing place to work. Not sure if i got it right...but they charge no fees to work? Do u know if they have the projects in other cities in peru?
