I only going to answer the easy questions. Singapore and BKK are known for good prices on all electronics. I would guess KL also has plenty of laptops at good prices as well.
You are right about Bhutan. There is no way to visit w/o spending many thousands of USD.
I am a veggie as well. In Thailand, Sing. & Malaysia you should be able to stay under $10/day for all meals if you eat where locals do.

We are 2 youngs. We are planning to visit Asia for honeymoon in october, if God will.
But
-We have a limited budget:
How much it will cost a simple private room that include -shower, toilet and bed- only?
How much it will cost like vegeterian and fish food (halal food)
-It will be first time to visit Asia, I hesitate because of security problem.
-I planned this route, is it be appropriate for conditions that on top?

Bali, Denpasar (20 days).
+Philipinnes, Boracay??
I like Bhutan so much but I think it is impossible to go in this conditions.
This route is not exact and can be changable.
Air Asia can be best idea for this travel. Because I hear many problems with Tiger Airways, Cebu Pacific, Jetstar.
PLEASE GIVE ME ALL COST INFORMATINS EXCLUDE TICKETS.
-Which country can we buy a laptop computer, external hard disk and flash disk?

There are lots of cheap hotel in Asia and worldwide -snip- I did visited Phillippines and Singapore the cost of living there was so cheap you can cost for about 10to15dollars only. happy traveling!
