Need a urgent suggestion and help.
I have a Belgium Visa for 45 days(valid from 7march to 7 may), but i overstayed there.
While returning from Frankfurt Germany during immigeration, they make me signed few forms and taken 110 euros as fine. Also they ask me to deposit 30 euros in one of the bank after reaching india.Does this happens to anybody else also. I dont know what to do next. Should i have to file any application the German embassy ( or Belgium embassy)
Is it a kind of Deportation ? what implication it will have in future.
I am very much tensed. Please suggest.
