Check LAN airlines. They've got tons of flights Ecuador to Argentina. Not the cheapest prices I've ever seen, though.

if you book at Lan early then there are some cheap tickets available.Lan has always special offers.right now Lima-Easter Island roundtrip or Lima-Iguazu from $ 187 on!!

check also Multible City prices for your destinacions,could end up cheaper or not much more
expensiv then a one way ticket from Quito or Guayaquil to Buenos Aires.
