Google 'usa car rentals' and start reading. There are dozens of companies to choose from. The larger ones: Hertz, Avis, National, Budget, Alamo all have offices across the entire US. Plug in your dates, choose the size vehicle you want and get quotes. I think you are going to find most will add a surcharge for anyone under 25. This can really add up. Insurance is another factor.
