HI I am travelling to Puerta Vallarta Mexico on 3 May to 2 June 2011 (usual travel companion dropped out at last minute due to serious illness).I would love to meet up with companions out there as I am nervous of travelling on my own,I am friendly outgoing and fun.,I have enver been to Mexico, also any advice on cheap,friendly,safe accomodation in or around Puerta Vallarta would be very much appreciated , for example rented room in local house or apartment,Pensions,Hostels or cheap safe hotels would be much appreciated.

Hi alexapar. I am have just landed in los Angeles from sydney. My plan is to get down to puerto escondido in the next few days and start traveling from there as I plan to learn to surf as I travel down the Mexican coast. did you find a travel partner or any useful advice?
Hi Rowanpeake unfortunatly I didnt get any replies to my post in time for my departure to Puerta Vallarta so I cancelled my trip..and am gutted.....I did see some really good hostels on a website in central Vallarta with great reviews just look up the official... Puerta Vallarta website and type in.... Pensions and hostels...the hostel is about 14 us dollars a night and reviews say it is really friendly and fun and a great place for meeting people...enjoy your trip,Im sorry I cant be with you it would have been such fun.....Im now stuck here in rainy old Ireland......I dont know if I can give you mywebaddress on theis site so you can let me know all the adventures i will be missing...if it is possible post your web address on a reply to me.
