Go for a 5 mile run along the beach from perissa to Agios georgios
Eat fresh fish, drink local wine.
Myconos is a party island. Go there to party all night long and the whole day after! Although you could do other things, you will either be annoyed by partying crowds or you will annoy the partying crowds...
Naxos is the biggest island of the Cyclades. Many things to discover. Go skinny dipping in plaka. Taste the local cheese! Take a car and go to the villages hidden in the mountain and buy local pottery. Mountain bike on the dirt road from agia Anna through plaka beach. Climb the dunes. Go find the salt works. Eat local ice cream with kitro. Eat air dried fish called gounes. Walk to the portara and take pictures of the sunset. Find the abandoned mines and take pictures of early industrial structures and abandoned hotel complex. Go to the museum. Buy little Cycladic idols made by local volcanic rock.
For santorini: if it looks expensive, it most probably is. If you are not really wealthy, avoid staying at oia or eating at any place with a view. If you are rich and you want to really spoil yourself, get a room at imerovigli with a private pool and watch the sunset from there. If you are criminally rich, do the same but in oia
There are a lot of things you could possibly do in Greece! In Santorini, you could go sailing since they have a sailing center. In Naxos, you could go diving. And at Myokonos, there are a lot of beaches there. So going a little sunkissed would be lovely.
