I haven't heard of a 7 day cruise. But from Fethiye or Olympus you can get a "Blue Cruise" Lasts for 4 days and does the coast. It'll cost about 150 Euros. Your best bet is to go to Fethiye and ask the local operators - they usually have a sign up saying when the next cruise leaves.
